Richard’s ability to visualize spaces, having overseen many renovations as a property manager, helps him uncover the hidden potential of a given property and add even more value to the most important asset my clients own.

Rye Concierge's will take care of your needs when you are away to ensure heating and AC is working, re-stocking the refrigerator before you return, overseeing the property with visits twice a week. Since May 2018, Mr. Neuman has served as our rental property manager. Whether called upon to market the property, respond to our tenants or to manage repairs and refurbishments, his service to us has been excellent in all respects.
Mr. Neuman is exceptionally responsive and reliable. I cannot recall a single instance in which he was not reachable to deal with an issue. I’ve come to depend on his knowledge of the Rye area real estate market and thoroughly trust his view of current rental rates. Mr. Neuman has a well-developed list of contractors and craftsmen he can call upon.
In the summer of 2018, a long-term tenant vacated our unit. Mr. Neuman then managed a $50,000 refurbishment. The work was well managed, properly done and resulted in a better-than-anticipated rental rate after its completion.
